As the main medium for transmitting electrical energy, cable plays an important role in our daily life and production. Wire and cable manufacturers use different production processes for the production of cable for different purposes.

       Drawing, twisting and coating are the main processes often used in the production of wire and cable manufacturers. The drawing mainly performs pressure processing on the metal, and relies on the external force and the mold pressing wheel to force the metal to pass through the mold, thereby causing the cross section of the metal to be compressed, so that the manufacturer can obtain the required cross-sectional shape and size. This process mainly consists of monofilament drawing and strand drawing.

       The second type is twisting. Its purpose is to increase the integrity and softness of the cable. The operation is to entangle two or more single wires in the required direction. This kind of twisting process of wire and cable manufacturers mainly includes five kinds of conductor stranding, cabling, weaving, wire mounting and winding.

       The third major process is cladding, that is, according to the performance requirements of the cable, special equipment is used on the outside of the conductor, including the corresponding materials. The process mainly includes four types of extrusion, vertical wrapping, wrapping and dip coating. The difference between these four processes is that the materials coated are different.
